Design a resilience action plan for eight coastal Maryland communities to identify and prioritize a set of nature-based solutions that will improve resilience to coastal hazards. Project will evaluate capacity and readiness of the communities to adapt and connect each community to partners that can expand capacity or suppport implementation.
