Build relationships between communities, community-based organizations, and municipalities to create a comprehensive and adaptive plan for improving resilience in the Calumet region. Project will develop a living document that can adapt and evolve to community needs, develop nature-based solutions, and prioritize projects for future implementation that will build community resilience and enhance habitat.
