Produce designs that enhance and protect 4 acres of existing tidal high marsh, re-establish 1.5 acres of tidal low marsh, enhance 3.6 acres of intertidal and subtidal shallows habitat, restore 1,500 linear-feet of coastal plain stream, and enhance 2.4 acres of riparian buffer in the Thames River estuary. Project designs will help stabilize marsh edges while providing spawning, foraging, and refugia habitat for many fish, bird, and other wildlife species.
