Design a 1.6 mile living shoreline along the Choptank River that integrates green infrastructure to improve flood protection, water quality, and restore fish and wildlife habitat. Project will implement a comprehensive resilience plan that will provide large-scale flood mitigation to the city's citizens, properties, and critical infrastructure from climate change impacts.
