Removal of rubble and other debris from the beaches prior to re-nourishment to ensure access for crab spawning; Creation of an 80-foot wide berm at an elevation of +5.5 NAVD and restoration of sand over a project length of 6,800 feet to create optimal spawning area for horseshoe crabs.
