Increase resilience of the upper Great Marsh (27,000 acres) by determining tidal alteration impacts of the Plum Island Turnpike, removing tidal flow restrictions in select ditched locations, and reducing extent and threat of spread for 2 important, harmful invasive plants (Phragmites australis and Lepidium latifolium) through traditional and innovative means.
